*SuperFriend ThinkTank - Attention CEOs, People & Culture Leaders and those with Health & Safety responsibility
In a high-risk sector, enhancing mental health support for suicide prevention is challenging due to frequent exposure to vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout among the workforce. Drawing on over 15 years of research, Superfriend offers a concurrent session designed for CEOs, People & Culture leaders and health/safety leaders a unique expertise to address these issues and guide effective solutions. Utilising a tailored workshop methodology, participants will gain an understanding of the critical role of data in addressing workplace mental health and wellbeing, with the aim of giving leaders new insights and structured approaches they can utilise within their organisations specifically for the suicide prevention sector. Participants are encouraged to engage deeply and can expect a comprehensive analysis of the content post-conference.
