Ruvini Sanjeewa
Ms. Sanjeewa is a PhD student at the School of Health Sciences, Swinburne University of Technology. Her research is centred around crafting a digital solution to alleviate the existing gap between inadequate mental health care services and the pressing demand for support. At the core of her work is the development of a conversational agent integrated into a mental health helpline service, where co-creation is a pivotal element during its design. Commencing her academic journey with a specialized degree in statistics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, Ms. Sanjeewa brings a unique advantage to her current research goals. Her research attempts reflect a collaborative, user-centric approach and showcase a commitment to making a positive impact on mental health outcomes.
