Krista Hawke

Krista Hawke is a Psychologist with over 25 years experience. Her focus over the last 10 years has been on serving those who serve us. Primarily, these clients have included both operational and medically discharged first responders, clients who have suffered trauma on our roads through CTP and other trauma survivors. Krista is passionate about neuroscience, the knowledge it provides and the therapy it guides. Krista integrates evidence-based treatment in her work with first responders including; neuroscience, interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal practices, EMDR, mindfulness based cognitive behaviour therapy amongst other valuable modalities such as dialectical behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Krista proudly supports Bellator Fortitudinem as a clinical advisor.
